In Project Energize we learnt what drinks we should be drinking, we should always drink water and milk everyday, we should only drink Powerade and flavoured water if we deserve it, we should not drink Coke, Diet Coke and Coke Zero because it has too much sugar. We learnt how to make hot hummus and normal hummus or our last session, we learnt about takeaways, in takeaways thicker chips are better than thinner. Thank you Gina for teaching us how to eat and drink healthy.
